Easter is here! While most Easter recipes use decorated eggs, I decided to make these spring-inspired Lemon Meringue ‘Chick’ cupcakes. They look super cute and taste of lemony freshness.
Meringue kisses or cookies can be enjoyed on their own, or be used as decorations for desserts. They just need 2 ingredients – egg whites & sugar. Really light and airy, these are crisp on the outside and chewy in the center.
